AgentsOX operates AI Search Watch. The free checker reads the public URL you enter and its robots.txt. We use a hashed request address for short-lived abuse limits; we do not store free reports in an account.
Monitoring accounts store your email, selected URLs, reports and sign-in session hashes. Report history is retained for 30 days. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes; sessions expire after 30 days. We email sign-in links you request and alerts for URLs you choose to monitor.
Cloudflare hosts the application and database. Polar processes checkout, subscription billing and billing contact details as merchant of record. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not this application.
Remove a monitored URL from your dashboard to remove its current report and stored history. For account deletion or privacy questions, contact ai-search-watch@agentsox.com. Billing records may need to be retained by Polar.
